Our Story

On one stormy night, Pat and Kat went on their first date at DownEast Cider in East Boston. After making a great first impression by greeting Pat with "wow, you're tall," they spent the whole night chatting it up and ended up closing the bar down. After the first date, they began a tradition of trading off "adventure plans" where one of them would plan a day trip to a new location as a surprise for the other. Through their adventures, they learned just how similar they are. Following an amazing summer of adventures to Block Island, Newport, New Hampshire, and more, they realized their love was something special. Fast forward 2 years, Pat decides its time to propose.....there was just one problem. FedEx lost the engagement ring the day they left for Quebec. Shoutout Tim for driving 5 hours to secretly drop the ring off, internationally, just to turn around and drive home. Everything worked out and it was the most magical moment that Kat could've ever dreamed of. We can't wait for our next magical moment at the Aldrich with all of our favorite people.
